Many of you would have heard about the amazing Capital Kiwi project, that has reintroduced brown kiwi around Wellington’s south coast. Their efforts have been so successful that Kiwi have now been spotted in Broadmeadows and Ngaio and breeding above everyone’s expectations. Perhaps what you didn’t know is that Rangituhi Colonial Knob and Porirua Scenic reserve are also part of their catchment area.
In the very near future, we could have Kiwi calling along our western hills!!
Come and listen to Paul Ward and Jeff Hall give an update and next steps of this amazing project!
April 16 2025, 7:30pm – Tawa Community Centre
5 Cambridge Street, Tawa, Wellington 5028
